Dear Tomo,

Thank you so much for organising everything for us at the weekend. We really enjoyed our first trip to Slovenia and will certainly return to see more of your beautiful country. We really appreciate the warm welcome and excellent organisation of the race. Our librarian at work is Slovenian and I'm going to ask her for the recipe for the bean stew we had at the top of Smarna Gora. On Sunday we went to Ljubljana as when we woke up it was misty and we weren't sure how long it would take to clear. We will try and plan some time to visit the Slovenian lakes and mountains in next year's schedule.

Thanks for the photo, I had a good drive back - stayed off the highway and visited the valley up to the highest mountain before going into Austria.

Many thanks also for your help and assistance with the race and its always a pleasure to run in Slovenia.  It was very interesting for the race to have a local winner I think.  Hope you had a good day visiting yesterday
